Spindle spinning workshop - March 23, 2024 - 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

This workshop with Marie-Pierre, from Mapi Créations, will introduce you to drop spindle spinning, so you can spin your own yarns.
Fiber will be provided for this workshop.

Course duration: 2h30

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to :

    spin with a drop-spindle
    prepare your fibers for spinning (carding)
    double your yarn

Prerequisite skills
none

Equipment to bring if you have it
● drop spindle (you can also buy one in the boutique)

Bring also
● comfortable shoes or socks

Languages of instruction

Although the language of instruction will be French by default, translation is possible.

A minimum of 5 registrations and a maximum of 10 people are expected for the course to run smoothly.
