Refund policy

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the one in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned or exchanged. Books, patterns, software, gift cards, dyes, wires and fibers cannot be returned. Only items at current prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, the items sold are neither refundable nor redeemable.

RETURN IN CASE OF BREAKAGE OR DEFECT

For any return in case of breakage or defect:

  • Contact us,we will verify the eligibility of the item for a return and provide you with a validation number if necessary and give you the address to which the product or products will be returned (attention, the address may differ depending on the product);
  • Validate with us the mode of transport used for the return and the shipping address;
  • Prepare for your return: We will need a description detailing the nature of the problem encountered and proof of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and must include all parts, manuals or other related to it (any failure could result in the rejection of the refund request).
  • Ensure your shipment. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for the loss or damage of shipments lost on their return.

Exchange

For a return:

  • Contact us,we will verify the eligibility of the item for an exchange and provide you, if necessary, with a validation number and give you the address to which to return the product or products (attention, the address may differ depending on the product);
  • In the event of an exchange, you will be charged for shipping costs that were originally covered by Tisse and File and you will also have to pay the cost of returning your purchase to the address or addresses that will be communicated to you by Tisse and File in the event that your products come from different locations;
  • There will also be a $20 administration fee;
  • Prepare your product to trade: proof of purchase will be required as well as a validation number. The item or items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging and must include all related parts, manuals and other items (any failure could result in the rejection of the refund request).
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
  • Once you have paid the shipping fee (return), if your exchange request has been approved, then you will receive your new shipment, credit or debit (corresponding to the difference between the original item minus the shipping fee and the new item) will be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment.
  • Ensure your shipment. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for the loss or damage of shipments lost on their return.

  • Once you have paid the shipping fee (return), if your exchange request has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within 15 business days.
  • Ensure your shipment. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for the loss or damage of shipments lost on their return.
  • LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if any)

    If you have not yet received your refund, please consult your bank account again. If so, contact your credit card issuer and your bank, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
