Shipping policy

Products are shipped from Canada.


Most products are mailed on the business day following the order and delivery times generally vary between 3 and 10 business days depending on the items and destinations.
Some orders may require a long processing or delivery time, for reasons that often are beyond our control. In this case, we will notify you by email.


The shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you go to the checkout based on the weight and size of the package. We use Canada Post or another carrier to deliver orders.
Orders with a purchase of equipment and equipment in excess of $200 are sent at our expense almost everywhere in Canada. Costs may be applied later for remote areas.
If you want to pick up your order at our head office in Mercier, Quebec, simply check the box provided for this purpose when you go to the checkout. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.


Customs and import taxes are payable by the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by delays in customs processing.


When shipping, we use the address you give us, so please make sure it is up to date and there are no errors.
Indeed, we are not responsible for parcels lost or returned due to a bad address: lost parcels would not be refunded and returned parcels would incurs costs related to the return and then the re-shipment of the order.
