Yarn Doubler – Wall-Mounted

This yarn doubler, also known as a doubling stand, is designed to twist two or three threads together in a controlled and stable manner before weaving or winding.

Description and use

The yarn doubler allows spools to be positioned at different heights to ensure smooth thread flow and even twisting:

• One spool can be placed on the floor
• A second spool sits on the lower shelf
• A third spool can be positioned on the center shelf

The threads from the two lower spools pass:

• through the hole in the lower shelf
• then through the hole in the center shelf

The thread from the upper spool then joins the other two. All threads pass together through the hole in the top shelf, allowing two or three threads to be twisted evenly through the center of a cone or tube.

Installation

The yarn doubler is wall-mounted using two screws (included), providing excellent stability during use.
