Log Cabin Scarf Pattern
This pattern gives you the instructions to weave two Log Cabin Scarf.
These scarves are woven with Zéphir yarn, a unique and refined mix offered by Jagger Spun. This yarn, which I like so much, is made of 50% fine merino wool and 50% Tussah silk. It is a yarn that is easy to work with and yields superb results. The drape, the softness, and the lightness of this scarf make it very pleasant to wear.
Although the pattern was created for a 4-shaft loom, these scarves could just as well be woven on a rigid heddle loom, ideally with two reeds.
To weave these scarves, you will need to have:
- two 100 g skeins of Zéphir yarn from Jagger Spun in two different colours
- two shuttles and two bobbins.
