An intermediate-level weaving kit to create two Shadow Weave scarves, designed for an 8-shaft loom, using Alpaca 3/10 yarn by Tisse et File.

Detailed description

The Margot weaving kit allows you to weave two richly textured and elegant scarves using Shadow Weave, also known as colour-and-weave. This structure relies on colour alternation to create depth and subtle graphic patterns, making it especially well suited to natural fibres.

Each finished scarf measures approximately 14 inches x 70 inches after wet finishing. The recommended yarn, Alpaca 3/10 by Tisse et File, provides softness, warmth, and lightness. Its natural character enhances the visual effects of Shadow Weave while producing a comfortable and luxurious fabric.

Designed exclusively for 8-shaft looms, this kit is intended for weavers who wish to deepen their understanding of colour-and-weave structures while working with a noble and generous fibre.
