Lunatic Fringe Yarns - new cotton yarns in our collections

Starting this month, Tisse and File distributes the Tubular Spectrum™ of Lunatic Fringe Yarns.

Lunatic Fringe yarns are recognized throughout North America (and beyond) for their quality; To which is added the superb color palette of the Tubular Spectrum™.

The history of the Tubular Spectrum™

Initially, wishing to weave a nuance, a guild of weavers and dyers came together to create a range of yarn color, then not found on the market. Once the first batch ran out, the demand was glaring and the Lunatic Fringe yarn was born!

The Tubular Spectrum ™

From these first dyes and some studies on color systems, Lunatic Fringe Yarns developed the brightly coloured yarn set, called the Tubular Spectrum™.

These colors and their color names are based on Albert Munsell's colour chart. We will present the principle in another article.

Quality dyes and yarns

To make these yarns, Lunatic Fringe Yarns uses 100% mercerized cotton and the best reactive fiber dyes. This thread, of exceptional quality, is presented in a visually pleasing form favorable to creation. Lunatic Fringe Yarns makes sure their sons are as strong as possible, all you have to do is exploit their full potential!
